Metro 5A547C Description
For dry storage applications, the Metro 5A547C starter shelving unit is made of durable steel and finished with a professional chrome plating that's simple to wipe clean. This 417⁄8-inch-wide by 241⁄8-inch-deep by 74-inch-tall unit provides five tiers of open-wire shelving to enhance airflow, reduce dust accumulation, and provide a full view of stored contents. Although each shelf boasts an 800-pound capacity, the unit is rated to support 2,000 pounds.
The Metro 5A547C starter unit's five shelves can be connected to the four SiteSelect™ posts, which are built with circular grooves every 1 inch. Operators can use the tool-free corner release system to raise or lower the shelves along these incremental grooves to accommodate different products and maximize vertical storage space.
