evaporators in the foodservice industry, being 20% - 40% larger than some other manufacturers. The copper tubing that comprises the evaporator coils for a True product measures 1/2" in diameter versus the industry norm of 3/8" diameter. This oversizing of the coils allows a True product to cool warm products more quickly than other brands, providing customers with faster pull-down of warm products.
In addition, True is the only manufacturer in the foodservice industry that epoxy coats all evaporator coils to protect the copper tubing from corrosion and damage.
