THOROUGHLY INSPECT UNIT UPON ARRIVAL
All Commercial Pro International, LLC (“Commercial Pro”) food equipment was tested for proper operation before leaving
the factory. There are instances in which this unit may be damaged because of in-transit issues. Upon receipt, if you discover
any damage then immediately contact the delivering transportation company and initiate your claim with their authorized agent.
Failure to do so could
affect the warranty
MANUFACTURER’S LIMITED WARRANTY EQUIPMENT INSTALLED IN THE UNITED STATES
Commercial Pro warrants to the original purchaser-user that our equipment, as originally supplied, is free from defects in materials
and workmanship and will perform properly under normal use and service, subject to the following conditions and limits.
This warranty is made on the condition that such original purchaser-user has returned to Commercial Pro the fully-completed warranty
registration form applicable to the equipment within 30 days of the date of purchase by the original purchaser-user.
Commercial Pro’s obligation under this warranty is limited exclusively to replacing without charge or to repairing, at Commercial Pro’s option.
No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number (“RAN”), obtained from Commercial Pro, prior to return. For returning unit or
parts to Nashville, Tennessee, all warranty return transportation charges must be prepaid. Any part or parts that shall be found to be defective
in material or workmanship during the warranty period are subject to this limited warranty. Charges for labor are covered for 90-days from date
of installation, provided an authorized Service Agent of Commercial Pro International is used within a 50-mile radius of the location. If service
cannot be provided with 50 miles of the location, Commercial Pro has the option to authorize further travel expenses or replacement of the equipment. All decisions to repair or replace shall be in the sole and absolute discretion of Commercial Pro and shall be final and binding between both parties. If upon inspection by Commercial Pro or its Authorized Service Representative, it is determined that the equipment has not been used in an appropriate manner, as described in the Commercial Pro Operator Use Manual, or has been subject to misuse, alteration, accident damage during transitory delivery, or that such part is from a machine on which the serial number has been altered or removed, then this
warranty is void and of no further force or effect. All decisions regarding the existence of defects in material or workmanship or other causes
shall be made by Commercial Pro and shall be final and binding upon the parties. Commercial Pro will only accept returns that were given written
RAN authorization and this information must be on all paperwork and on the outside of shipping carton.
SERVICES NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY
• Travel time and mileage rendered beyond the 50-mile radius limit
• Mileage and travel time on portable equipment (see below)
• Labor to replace such items that can be replaced easily during a daily cleaning -
Such as removable kettles on fryers, control knobs, grease drawers on griddles, etc.
• Installation of equipment
• Damages due to improper installation
• Damages from abuse or misuse
• Operated contrary to the Operating and Installation Instructions
• Cleaning of equipment
• Seasoning of griddle plates
• Voltage conversions
• Gas conversions
• Pilot light adjustment
• Miscellaneous adjustments
• Thermostat calibration and by-pass adjustment
• Resetting of circuit breakers or safety controls or reset buttons
• Replacement of bulbs
• Replacement of fuses
• Repair of damage caused during transit
PORTABLE EQUIPMENT
The following portable equipment models must be returned to Commercial Pro International, LLC for repair or replacement once given
written authorization and RAN.
• Countertop Electrical Fryers CPF10, CPF16, & CPF32
• Countertop Electrical Griddles CPG24, CPG36, & CPG48
• Electric Soup Kettle CPSKB1
• Electric Rice Cooker CPRC25
• Panini & Sandwich Grills CPPGM1, CPSGM1
• Roller Grills CPRG30, CPRG50
• Electric Conveyor Toaster CPCT1
• Electric Pizza Oven CP012
The foregoing warranty is in lieu of any and all other warranties expressed or implied and constitute the entire warranty.
