True products provide some of the coldest holding temperatures in the industry and this is largely due in part to their use of the highest quality materials and oversized refrigeration system. Innovative and ingenious engineering ensure quick cooling of loaded warm or room-temperature products, holding temperatures of 33° - 38° F and speedy recovery for times of heavy use.

Sliding Glass Door Merchandisers are available with tough and durable, non-chip laminated exterior. These unit's interior consists of an NSF approved white aluminum lining, with the floor being constructed of 300 series stainless steel.  The entire cabinet is constructed using environmentally friendly, CFC free polyurethane insulation while the energy efficient sliding doors feature double paned thermal insulated glass and are easily removed for cleaning and / or stocking. 

True Slide Door Merchandisers are NSF-7 listed for the storage and displaying of packaged food items and bottled products.  If you need to store open food products, please refer to True's reach-in refrigerators.
