True vs. The Competition
For years, we in the restaurant equipment & restaurant industry have heard the claims that True products were absolutely top-of-the-line. We have even been presented with The Top 20 Reasons to Buy True. This information, although extremely useful, was provided by True Mfg. themselves. Often, consumers are a bit skeptical of information that is provided by the company which is trying to sell their product, thinking that the information might be just a little biased.
The information provided by True, however, seems to be perfectly reasonable & unbiased. Their claims of superior refrigeration products have been backed up with a letter of support from Mr. William Diemer, president of Nashville Refrigeration. Mr. Diemer wrote a letter explaining the differences between True Refrigeration products and their competitors, which seems to validate their points. A picture was also enclosed of the motors used in True products versus those used in the competitors refrigeration systems. The picture seems to speak for itself.
