Commercial heated cabinets have four different door options.  Door options are available in full clear, full solid, dutch clear, and dutch solid.  Full clear doors are a solid piece of glass that allows you to view the contents of the cabinet without having to actually open the cabinet, minimizing warm air loss.

Full solid doors are a solid piece of either stainless steel or aluminum, depending on the specific model you purchase.  Full solid doors ensure proper heat retention and keep food warm and fresh for serving.

Dutch clear doors are two smaller doors that allow for separate access to individual sections of the heated cabinet.  Dutch clear doors are constructed from high quality glass to minimize the risk of breakage.

Dutch solid doors are two smaller solid doors made from either stainless steel or aluminum.  Dutch type doors allow you separate access to individual sections of the heated cabinet unit.

Types of Heated Cabinets

There are four different types of heated cabinets available.  Non-insulated, insulated, controlled temperature and humidity, and controlled temperature units can be purchased depending on your businesses specific needs.

Non-insulated cabinets retain their warm temperatures because of their exterior construction.  Most non-insulated heated cabinets are constructed from aluminum, which is an excellent conductor of heat and holds the temperatures well.

Insulated cabinets typically have around 1" thick insulation to ensure proper heating of the unit and the contents.  Glass door units have thermal insulated doors to ensure proper heating of the contents.

Controlled temperature and humidity heated cabinets provide constant control over both temperature and humidity with the digitally controlled dual-element ducted heating and humidity system.  The humidity and temperature are continuously controlled to ensure that proper temperature and humidity levels are maintained to keep products fresh and safe for consumption.

Controlled temperature heated cabinets provide complete control over the temperature of the unit with a digitally controlled dual-element ducted heating system.  When the temperature in a unit is controlled, the product will stay fresh longer and eliminates the risk of contamination.

Heated Cabinets Construction

Heated cabinets are constructed from materials to make them easy to clean and maintain.  You can purchase either aluminum, stainless steel, or combination aluminum/stainless steel units.  Aluminum heated cabinets are superb conductors of heat and are light weight.  Aluminum products are slightly lower priced than the stainless steel types.

Stainless steel heated cabinets are extremely sturdy and easy to clean.  These scratch and dent resistant cabinets virtually eliminate maintenance time.

Heated cabinets with a stainless steel floor and front and aluminum interiors and sides can also be purchased, as well as stainless steel floor and exterior models with aluminum interiors and sides.

Heated Cabinets Slide / Shelf Type

Heated cabinets can be purchased with three different slide types.  Fixed wire, universal, or lip load varieties are available.  These slides are usually made of wire for easy cleaning and removal.
