Wok, Omelet & Two Handled Fry Pan

Woks are most commonly used in Asian cooking and are most often used for stir frying. Classic woks have a rounded bottom and have a gentle flare to the edges making it easier to push food up onto the sides of the wok. Two handled pans are named such because chefs and cooks hold the two handles to toss the food in cooking. An omelet pan features a slightly rounder bottom to assist with rolling or flipping the eggs.
