Vollrath's induction rethermalizers require no water and uses dry heat to quickly cook and warm food from below 40 degrees F to 165 degrees F in less than two hours. The LED display and solid state push button controls make operation of this rethermalizer simple and can be set to either F or C. Induction rethermalizers use less energy than the typical rethermalizer and the temperature sensors will help prevent food from burning in near empty insets.
