Refrigerated Deli Cases & Displays
With a deli case, operators can create appealing displays of everything from deli meats and cheeses to selections of potato or tuna salad. Models are typically available with anywhere from one to six levels and feature either a straight or curved glass front. More
Curved-glass cases provide sleek, modern styling and provide greater product visibility compared to straight-glass models.
Straight-glass models typically feature service counters and may provide more internal capacity than their curved-glass cousins.
Use a deli case to keep merchandise in supermarkets, delis, and convenience stores organized and held at safe, appetizing temperatures. The largest models feature as many as six shelves for merchandising wide varieties of deli offerings. Refrigeration systems hold the interior of a deli fridge at suitable temperatures for storing perishable foods, and many models utilize environmentally friendly refrigerants, such as R290 hydrocarbon.
In most cases, a deli cooler is designed to emphasize the product inside. Frames made of durable materials like aluminum and stainless steel – typically black, white, or silver – create a sleek piece of equipment that blends in with surrounding units. Clear glass front panels enable easy visibility, and these panels come in either a curved or straight design. Curved glass offers a more comprehensive view, while a deli display case with a straight glass front often includes a service counter on top of the unit and usually features more internal space than units with curved glass. LED lighting helps further draw attention to your display.
Many models of deli refrigerator feature a full-service design with doors in the rear of the unit that allow employees to access customer-selected products. Some refrigerated deli cases are constructed for self-service, perfect for merchandising grab-and-go items that must be kept cold. On most models, the rear doors slide open to conserve space behind the deli counter.
