Mushroom and Pepper Frittata
Ingredients

1 Tsp olive oil
5 Medium mushrooms, sliced
1 Clove garlic, chopped
1/2 Bell pepper, sliced
4 Eggs
1/4 Cup milk
Dash of salt
1/2 Cup cheddar cheese
Preparation Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350°.
2. Grease two round (14 oz) Tableware servers.
3. Sautee mushrooms, garlic, and peppers in oil. Place in the bottom of Tableware servers.
4. Beat eggs, milk and salt. Mix in cheese. Pour over sautéed peppers and mushrooms.
5. Bake for 10 minutes or until puffy.
6. Let stand, 5-10 minutes before serving.
