Honey-Orange, Lemon-Thyme, & Cheesey Garlic Butter
Honey-Orange Butter
1/2 cup very soft butter, margarine, or reduce-calorie margarine
2 tablespoons orange
juice concentrate, thawed
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon.
Add all ingredients to food processor. Process until
thoroughly mixed, about 30 seconds.
Yield: 1/2 cup (16 1/2 tablespoon servings).
Lemon-Thyme Butter
1/2 cup very soft
butter, margarine, or reduced-calorie margarine
1 tablespoon fresh thyme
leaves (stripped from stem)
4 teaspoons lemon juice
Add all ingredients to food processor. Process until
thoroughly mixed, about 30 seconds.
Yield: 1/2 cup (16 1/2 tablespoon servings).
Cheesy Garlic Butter
1 clove garlic
1/2 cup very soft
butter, margarine, or reduce-calorie margarine
1/4 cup freshly grated
Parmesan cheese
With food processor running, add garlic through feed tube.
Process until coarsely chopped, about 5 seconds. Add remaining
ingredients. Process until well mixed, about 30 seconds.
Yield: 1/2 cup (16 1/2 tablespoon servings).
