What Should You Give Up?

As avid fans of food…my co-workers & I regularly discuss our favorite dinner meals or snacks we have had the previous night. At times, we even bring in special treats that we think others will enjoy. These goodies typically consist of snacks such as brownies, cake, or other baked delights. As tasty as these are (and as much as we love eating them!), we often discuss that we should probably give up some of our favorite foods in an attempt to live a healthier life.
My greatest weakness is brownies. There’s nothing better than a freshly baked batch of homemade brownies. This warm, great taste can be duplicated at work by simply sticking the brownies in the microwave for about 20 seconds, but the time will vary depending on your microwave. My co-workers seem to have similar vices with cupcakes and other sweet treats.
As our discussions progressed, we began to wonder what our readers enjoyed, but knew they should give up in order to maintain their health (and waistline!). So what are your favorite treats that aren’t quite so good for you? We all have them, so share your stories & enjoy those of

Perhaps I should give up Pringles…or at least eating a can of them at a time. So addicting!

Lays Sour Cream and Onion Chips… droooooolll, they’re SOOOOO good. Oh, and chocolate. Any kind, doesn’t matter, just chocolate. Yup.
