		<description>Who are these ladies? When I order I talk to customer service, Cecelia, Birdie, Beverly, etc...?
Im confused? I would like to see the customer service team!!! So I know who I'm dealing with.  Aren't they the people we should be meeting anyway??  It would be helpful to see them so we know who we're dealing with.  It's nice to have a face with a voice.
