As any chef knows, there are many times when it will be necessary to measure out ingredients or convert certain terms into other units. For some, this is no easy task. The very thought of measuring and converting can seem daunting, so we have compiled a list of common measurements and conversions to help make this process less excruciating.

    When a cookie recipe says form in 1-inch ball — how big or small is that? What would be an equivalent? Thanks!

    After looking at your dry measures chart I wondered how if 3 teaspoons = 1/2 oz. that 2 teaspoons = 1 oz.
