eXtreme Air® vs. Xlerator®
A requirement for any business, restaurant, or organization is having a restroom. Restrooms can be found anywhere, as they are always a necessity. In these restrooms, you will often see hand dryers taking the place of paper towels. There are numerous reasons businesses and organizations are switching to hand dryers over paper towels, including the reduced amount of waste and increased energy efficiency.
One major issued that plagues business owners when it comes to placing a hand dryer in their restroom is the decision about which brand to buy. Two of the main brands out right now are American Dryer (of which we are a proud authorized dealer) and Excel Dryer. There are various types of hand dryers available from both manufacturers, however American Dryer has chosen two of the most popular models from both manufacturers and compared the two. This comparison should help make your purchasing decision a little easier.

You will notice that these two hand dryers are very similar, however there are a few minor differences that can have a huge impact on your decision. The American Dryer hand dryer is smaller than the Excel Dryer unit, making it ideal for areas with limited space. Both hand dryers have a 5 year warranty, however American Dryer offers same day factory repair or part replacement. This can prove vital should your hand dryer ever decide to quit working.
What type of hand dryer do you have in your business or organization? What are the benefits or disadvantages of your hand dryers? We’d love to hear from you!
