This is the plea that Browne-Halco is answering with their newest addition to the Eclipse line of serving pieces…stainless steel Eclipse Buffet Tongs! These tongs are the perfect compliment to the rest of the Eclipse serving series, which was recently introduced at the NAFEM (North American Association of Food Equipment Manufacturers) show.

These Browne-Halco tongs, like the rest of the Eclipse line, offers a hollow handle design which is constructed of durable, high quality 18/8 stainless steel with a mirror finish. The unique curved design of these sturdy tongs decreases the risk of food slippage while offering ease-of-use for all users. These tongs are available in either 9.5" and 12" varieties, both of which have a one-piece, 1.2mm thick design.
