When you buy one of the qualified items from a Middleby brand, you will be saving a considerable amount of money that would usually be spend on the freight to ship an item.

1. Product Exclusions (Free shipping is not offered on these items.)

• Non-catalog items
• Accessories & parts, including:
• Fryer filter paper and baskets
• Chief’s Choice popcorn
• Bloomfield decanters purchased without a brewer
• Blodgett SHO Oven
• Southbend 300 Series and Bronze Convection Ovens
• Pitco Economy Fryers

2. Pricing Restrictions

• Not valid on special pricing, which includes:
• pricing negotiated beyond standard terms and programs
• negotiated chain pricing
• offer may not be combined with any other special offer

3. Time Availability of Offer

• Offer available on orders placed during the time frame specified:
• Placed on or after July 15 and shipped by September 30
• For Star, Land, Holman, Nu-Vu, Toastmaster, Wells, and Bloomfield
  the order needs to be placed between June 16 and September 30 to ship by
  October 15
• NOTE: Special circumstances may be accommodated - call us.

4. Shipping Restrictions

• Offer valid using Middleby shipping only. Credits will not be given
  for customers choosing their own carrier.
• Liftgate and special instructions will be billed as a separate
  charge exclusive of prepaid freight.
• Request for call 24 hours before delivery will be billed to
  customer.
• Order must be shipped before September 30, 2009.*
• This offer does not apply to international orders.
• Continental US only.*
• * For Star, Land, Holman, Nu-Vu, Toastmaster, Wells, & Bloomfield order needs to be placed before September 30, 2009 and shipped by October 15, 2009. For these brands free shipping is available in the
  continental U.S. & Canada.
