Refrigerated pan opening provides even pan temperature with the exclusive "Cold Air Blanket™".

Interior liner duct maintains airflow under food service pans and prevents food spillage from entering cabinet interior.

Accommodates six inch deep food service pans, four inch deep polycarbonate pans included.

●

Ten inch deep cutting board, standard.

●

Adjustable epoxy coated steel wire shelves, standard (two per section).

●

Six inch casters, two with brakes standard.

●

Balanced refrigeration system operates at 36-38 degrees F for optimum food preservation with ambient temperature below 84 degrees F.

●

Refrigeration system utilizes ozone friendly R134a refrigerant.

●
