The reversible double branding grates can be used for delicate and tough meats and the adjustable control valve provides precision cooking. The stainless steel front, top, and rail are exceptionally easy to clean and resistant to damage. The aluminized drip tray collects grease and food deposits to keep the surface of your 36" charbroiler grilling with less mess and flavor transfer. The 4" nickel plated legs improve the structural integrity and will last for years to come without warping or bending.
