Toastmaster TMGT36 Description
The Toastmaster TMGT36 gas griddle has a 36-inch cooking surface made of 3⁄4-inch-thick polished steel. This thickness, along with the three burners, promotes even heating and quick recovery after food is added. Each burner has its own controls, so employees can designate separate cooking zones when needed. To achieve a temperature range of 150 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit, each section includes a throttle thermostat.
The Toastmaster TMGT36 gas griddle offers user-friendly installation and operation. Its gas connection is a standard 3⁄4 inch, and a universal pressure regulator is included for employee safety. The grease trough that runs across the front of the unit is wide enough to fit a standard spatula, and the grease drawer can be removed for cleaning. Along with the bull nose and front panel, this grease drawer is made of stainless steel, which is durable and can be quickly wiped clean. The included legs are 4 inches tall to align the unit with most countertop equipment.
