Toastmaster TMGM48 Description
The Toastmaster TMGM48 gas griddle is built with a 3⁄4-inch griddle plate that spreads heat evenly across the cooking surface and retains heat well for quick cooking times and fast recovery. This plate's ultra-smooth finish helps prevent food from sticking and is easy to clean. The griddle's four 20,000-BTU burners are spaced evenly every 12 inches and are controlled individually with a manual, fourth-turn turn gas valve that gives cooks direct control of the gas flame's.
A stainless steel bull-nose front and grease drawer make the Toastmaster TMGM48 commercial griddle long lasting and maintainable. Its aluminized steel back and sides are rugged, resisting corrosion to withstand humid kitchen environments. A steel backsplash and side splashes wrap around the griddle plate, keeping oil from splashing onto walls and counters. Operators can scrape grease down the spatula-wide grease trough to streamline removal into the grease chute. Designed to fit on a countertop, this unit is supported by 4-inch nickel-plated legs; it's 48 inches wide, 27 13⁄16 inches deep, and 15 17⁄32 inches high.
