This insulated warming drawer features 3 drawers that can hold about 7 dozen rolls per drawer. Keep your baked potatoes, vegetables, ribs, buns and rolls warm and delicious in this built-in insulated warming drawer. The front is constructed of easy to clean, corrosion resistant stainless steel and the frame is welded and reinforced sheet steel. The drawers glide on third member suspension system rails for easy operation. The heating of this insulated warming drawer is accomplished with preformed tubular heating elements and the temperature is regulated by a hydraulic thermostat.
