The Toastmaster 3A80AT72 food warming drawer holds pre-cooked food at safe temperatures with an ideal moisture content. Product is held between 100 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit, and with the safety zone thermostat, the operator can ensure the coolest point of the drawer is at an ideal temperature. A 20-inch-by-12-inch-by-6-inch pan fits in the drawer, but food can also be placed in a container or directly in the unit. As the drawer opens and closes, 20 sturdy bearings guide it. The Toastmaster 3A80AT72 food warming drawer unit has a corrosion-resistant aluminized steel interior and a quick-cleaning stainless steel exterior. This unit should be built into an existing structure and can be installed in wood fixtures.
