Wusthof 4193-7 Description
Chopping vegetables is simple with the Wusthof 4193-7 Classic Nakiri knife. Its 7-inch-long flat blade sports a straight-edge design that firmly chops through soft and compact vegetables; vertical indentions along the blade's sides create air pockets to prevent starchy vegetables, such as potatoes, from sticking onto the blade. Forged from high carbon, this knife includes a full tang to ensure a solid hold on the knife during slicing. Its curved polymer handle fits around the tang for a comfortable grip, and three rivets keep the tang and handle together.
