Hobart PD-35 Description
The Hobart PD-35 table model power drive unit operates at 350 RPM, a speed that's suitable to slice, grate, and shred cheese or vegetables. Its motor is enclosed, fan cooled, and functions with permanently lubricated ball bearings for smooth operation and durability. Outside, the unit is housed with stainless steel to resist scrapes, gouges, and dents from heavy use. Its cast aluminum legs can be installed in two positions and are capped with neoprene pads to improve slip resistance.
