Hobart HCM62-1 Description
To ensure all the ingredients are processed in the Hobart HCM62-1 two-speed food processor, it has a bowl scraper and a lid wiper that slide food particles into the 6-quart bowl. Made of stainless steel, the bowl is resistant to denting, scratching, and rust, and the lid is transparent so employees can monitor the mixing process during operation. Because this unit has triple safety interlocks, users are protected from injury.
The Hobart HCM62-1 cutter mixer food processor has a gasket on the cover that seals tightly to the bowl, preventing food from flying out of the unit during use. Operating at 1,725/3,450 RPM, it has a two-speed, direct-drive motor. The base is made of anodized aluminum to provide strength to the unit.
