Hobart HCM61-1 Description
The Hobart HCM61-1 food processor is great for slicing, grinding, chopping, shredding, grating, and dicing. This unit's bowl is made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel and holds as much as 6 quarts of product. Its base is made of anodized aluminum and its top cover is powder coated.
This processor uses two turning knives that push ingredients into the path of two serrated cutting knives—this unique, efficient design saves time and preserves ingredient quality. The knives move at a speed of 1,725 RPM. To ensure ingredients are prepared properly, the Hobart HCM61-1 food processor has a bowl scraper and a lid wipe.
