The Hobart FP250-1B one-speed food processor is positioned on rubber feet to prevent it from sliding around on the countertop during use. It has triple safety interlocks, which reduce the risk of injury to employees. It is turned on and off with color-coded buttons—red indicates off and green indicates on. This unit operates at 420 RPM with a planetary gear transmission.
