Hobart FP150-1B Description
To resist corrosion, the cutting surfaces on the Hobart FP150-1B continuous feed food processor are made of stainless steel, while its housing is made of durable aluminum. It has a compact design so it fits on a countertop, and rubber feet prevent it from sliding during use. For safety purposes, this unit has safety interlocks that won't let the machine operate when the plate is displaced or when the processor is open, reducing the risk of injury. Streamlining use, this unit is turned on and off with color-coded buttons—green for on and red for off.
The Hobart FP150-1B one-speed food processor has a large hopper to accommodate sizable product, and it operates with a planetary drive to prevent stalling during constant use. It produces as much as 14 pounds per minute, and the opening is angled to facilitate loading with minimal strain. Because the plate speed operates at 420 RPM, it'll cut and dice food consistently without bruising it, and a decoring screw ensures all food gets processed by pushing product away from the hub.
