Hobart FP150-1 Description
The Hobart FP150-1 one-speed food processor has a continuous feed design that can handle 14 pounds of food per minute. Because the unit has a big hopper, it can accommodate large product with no precutting required. Its angled front facilitates loading while reducing strain on an employee's arms. For precise cutting, the plate speed operates at 420 RPM, and a decoring screw ensures thorough processing of food by pushing product out from the plate hub. Supporting repeated use, stalling is prevented with its planetary gear transmission.
Because of its compact design, the Hobart FP150-1 continuous feed food processor sits nicely on a countertop without taking up too much space. For safe operation, triple safety interlocks shut off the machine when it's open or when the pusher plate is not in place. It's mounted on rubber feet to prevent sliding, while its housing is made of aluminum for durability. To resist corrosion, the cutting surfaces on the unit are made of stainless steel.
