Globe's 10 qt. Planetary mixer is ideal for many establishments because of its high performance design and many smart safety features. Bakeries, pizzerias, restaurants, and cafeteria kitchens will appreciate this high performance countertop mixer's gear driven motor and high torque transmission. Its rigid cast iron body and high-quality removable stainless steel bowl guard make this a mixer guaranteed to endure constant use. This commercial mixer's many notable safety features include NSF approved enamel gray paint and non-slip rubber feet -to help it from sliding off your counter while it vigorously mixes ingredients. A sturdy hand lever on the body column raises and lowers the bowl as well as locking in place at the top and bottom positions. Safety locks ensure that the bowl guard and bowl lift lever are interlocked. If the guard is opened or the bowl is opened, the mixer will automatically shut down. For even further safety measures, this commercial mixer has separate start and emergency stop buttons. And, for easy cleaning, the high-quality stainless steel bowl guard and interlocking guard are easily removed for easy cleaning in your sink or dishwasher.

A 10 quart stainless steel bowl, aluminum flat beater, stainless steel wire whip, and aluminum dough hook are included for all of your mixing needs.
