After use, the Globe manual 12 inch compact slicer simply breaks down to provide an easy sanitizing solution. For added protection, built into the unit is a powerful antimicrobial protection as well as an anodized aluminum base that prevents stains from setting in. The non slip rubber feet on the bottom of the unit assure that it will never slide during countertop usage.
