The top mounted metal knife sharpener of this 1/3 HP motor manual slicer increases the life of your 10" knife and assures clean cuts with every slice. Each cut can be adjusted from 0-9/16" for creating different cut styles.

Constructed of anodized aluminum, this manual slicer features seamless edges and radius corners for sanitation and easy cleaning. The oversized positive traction grooved belt drive provides the user with smooth operation and the 35 degree angled food chute makes slicing less strenuous. The chute, slice deflector, knife cover, and sharpener are easy to clean and removable for your convenience. Attached to this manual slicer is a 6' cord and plug so that installation is hassle free.
