Each cut can be adjusted from 0-9/16" for creating different cut styles.

Constructed of anodized aluminum, this manual slicer features seamless edges and radius corners for sanitation and easy cleaning. The oversized positive traction grooved belt drive provides the user with smooth operation and the gravity feed food chute makes slicing less strenuous. The chute, slice deflector, knife cover, and sharpener are easy to clean and removable for your convenience.
