Globe Heavy Duty Automatic Slicer, 12" Model

The Globe 3850 large slicer provides high quality slicing at a reasonable price. This slicer is gear driven, with a 1/2 HP motor that is great for medium to heavy duty applications where meat, cheese, vegetable, and other foods will be sliced frequently. The thickness of the cut can be adjusted to the desired level by simply placing the gears in the desired position. This slicer is capable of slicing products as thin as 1 1/4" thick.

This slicer has a full 45 degree angle feed that requires less mechanical pressure, making the slicing process nearly effortless. A 3 lb. weight is placed on the end to minimize waste and hold products. When the slicer needs to be stored, this weight swings away behind the chute. Touch pad controls are used to activate the knife motor, which controls the slicing process.

As a safety precaution, this slicer will not operate with the knife cover removed and has a permanently mounted knife ring guard that protects the non-slicing portion of the knife. A top mounted sharpener can be activated by a single lever. Antimicrobial protection is built into the knob, auto engage lever knob, sharpener cover knob and the food chute handle.
