This manual frozen meat slicer features a stainless steel construction with built in antimicrobial protection on the knob and handles that gives you the safest, clean cuts available. Featuring an adjustable slicing table and a 13" hardened steel alloy serrated knife, this stainless steel frozen meat slicer can stand up to the slicing demands of any butcher shop, deli or restaurant. The 1/2 HP 7 amp motor gives you the slicing power and consistency you need. The slicing table is adjustable and ring guard is permanently attached. A full, 45 degree angle gravity feed allows you to easily deliver slice after slice of fresh meat. The power indicator light informs the user whether power is going to the meat slicer and the high performance gear-drive system will give you high quality performance every time. The non slip rubber feet provide the user with stable and safe slicing and the permanently attached knife sharpener extends the life of your blade.
