This work top freezer also has an extra large evaporator coil balanced with a higher horsepower compressor and large condenser that maintains cabinet temperatures at -10F (-23.3C). Which means this freezer is ideally suited for both frozen foods and ice cream. All stainless front, top and sides with a matching aluminum back, this deep work top freezer has a once-piece top and backsplash. This prevents bacteria and food particles from becoming trapped underneath as with other two-piece work top freezers. This is just another example of how True brings only the best in work top freezers to kitchens everywhere. The interior is constructed of an attractive, NSF approved, white aluminum liner and a 300 series stainless floor with coved corners. The entire freezer structure is foamed-in-place with high density, CFC free polyurethane insulation.
