Temperatures in the True TUC-60-32-HC~SPEC1 Spec Series® undercounter refrigerator are adjustable from 33 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit with the electronic controller. For monitoring, a digital display on the refrigerator shows the current temperatures, and the front of the 16-gauge countertop is flush with the front of the 20-gauge doors. For heavy use, the exterior front, top, sides, and back are constructed of stainless steel. High-density polyurethane foams the structure of the cabinet and solid doors in place.

Inside the True TUC-60-32-HC~SPEC1 deep undercounter refrigerator is a coved stainless steel floor, while the rest of the interior is covered with stainless steel to protect against corrosion. Shelves help organize the interior, and four shelf clips are included per shelf, so staff members can adjust shelves on 1⁄2-inch increments. So they match, the cabinet interior is constructed of the same material as the shelf support pilasters. Locks on the front set of the 5-inch-diameter stem castors provide stability.

To prevent the condensing coil from being overworked, the condenser’s fan motor reverses for 20 seconds each time it starts up; this blows away any dust or dirt that’s built up on the coil to optimize performance.
