The undercounter freezer uses a factory engineered, self-contained, capillary tube system that is an environmentally friendly, CFC free refrigerant. The oversized refrigeration system has a guided airflow system to provide uniform product temperatures and maintains at -10F (-23.3C) making this freezer ideally suited for both frozen foods and ice cream. The sealed, cast iron, self-lubricating evaporator fan motor and larger fan blades give this undercounter freezer a more efficient low velocity, high volume airflow design. This exclusive design ensures faster temperature recover and short run times, even in high volume establishments. Routine cleaning is a breeze with the time-initiated, time-terminated automatic defrost and the easily accessed condenser slides out from behind the front grill.
