The True Refrigeration TUC-44D-2-HC TUC deep undercounter refrigerator incorporates dense polyurethane insulation that slows warm air infiltration to decrease temperature spikes. Operating between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit, its R290-fueled, self-contained system features a front-breathing design that pulls intake air across the condenser to prevent dust buildup. Inside the 10.2-cubic-foot aluminum cabinet, two drawers accommodate four 12-inch by 20-inch pans in a top-down layout that boosts ingredient visibility, while 5-inch locking castors steady the frame. Constructed with a stainless steel exterior, the 44 1⁄2-inch-wide by 33 1⁄2-inch-deep by 36-inch-high unit resists deformation to maintain proper drawer alignment.
