The True TSSU-60-08-HC sandwich and salad prep table has a 34-inch working height, which is compliant with ADA requirements. Its front, top, and sides are constructed of rust-resistant stainless steel. Featuring a clear-coated aluminum liner for corrosion resistance, the stainless steel interior floor has coved corners for quick cleaning. Foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation maintains cold temperatures and keeps ambient air out. The stainless steel doors have clear aluminum liners and are equipped with 12-inch-long recessed handles.

The True TSSU-60-08-HC food prep table includes eight sixth-size food pans and a full-length polyethylene cutting board that is removable for cleaning. Due to the self-contained capillary tube system, which meters environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, and the factory balanced refrigeration system's guided airflow, even temperatures are held around the food pans and cabinet interior. The sealed, self-lubricating evaporator fan motors and large fan blades provide efficient airflow, and the condensing unit slides out from the rear to facilitate maintenance. This unit has holds product at steady temperatures from 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit.

The unit's reverse condensing fan motor helps keep the condensing coil clean by blowing away excess dust, dirt, and debris. When the compressor starts, the fan motor reverses automatically for 20 seconds. For best results, employees should perform routine preventative maintenance.
