True ADA compliant mega top sandwich units keep consistent product temperatures between 33 to 41 degrees F. The larger fan blades on the extra durable evaporator fan create a more efficient, high volume airflow inside of the unit. Since True ADA compliant mega top sandwich units are insulated with high density foam you can be sure that they're energy efficient as well!
