True constructed the front and top of this 60-in. unit with the finest stainless steel available, and also included a coved corner design on its interior floor, and a removable foam insulated lids, making this sandwich/salad prep table one that is built to last, while also being easy to clean. At 15.5 cu. ft., this workhorse of the industry has a split top design that houses (24) 4 in. deep pans, giving you endless possibilities for storing a wide variety of vegetables, meats, cheeses, and more! Its full length cutting board is made of NSF approved polyethylene and is fully removable for easy cleaning. True's use of fan blades that are larger than competitor's blades, combined with superior evaporator coils, help to cool products and retain lost temperatures faster.
