The oversized refrigeration system is factory balanced with a guided airflow to provide uniform temperature in food pans and the cabinet interior. This patented forced-air design will hold 33F to 41F (.5C to 5C) product temperature. The countertop pan opening has been designed to accommodate varying sizes food pans and are not included with the prep table unit. This sandwich salad prep table will accommodate 6-8" deep food pans which are not included. Easily prepare food products on the 11.75" deep, full-length, removable cutting board that is composed of sanitary, high-density NSF approved white polyethylene. This sandwich salad prep table unit is ADA compliant with a 34" work counter height.
