True Refrigeration TSSU-60-16D-2 Description

True's sandwich salad prep table units stand out more than any other. The oversized refrigeration system is factory balanced with a guided airflow to provide uniform temperature in food pans and the cabinet interior. This patented forced-air design will hold 33F to 41F (.5C to 5C) product temperature. True's sandwich salad prep table units have a more efficient low velocity, high volume airflow design allowing for reduced operating costs and less product waste. This sandwich salad prep table unit comes with one (1) door and two (2) drawers. The stainless steel exterior and matching aluminum back is easily maintained while the interior is an attractive, NSF approved white aluminum liner with 300 series stainless floor with coved corners. The countertop pan opening has been designed to accommodate varying sizes food pans and are not included with the prep table unit. This sandwich salad prep table will accommodate 6-8" deep food pans which are not included. Easily prepare food products on the 11.75" deep, full-length, removable cutting board that is composed of sanitary, high-density NSF approved white polyethylene.
