Using this large sandwich salad unit brought to you by True, you will gain years of trouble free service in cold food prep storage.

Inside the spacious cabinet of the True 15.5 cubic foot sandwich salad unit is a cool, 33 degrees F to 41 degrees F atmosphere powered by an environmentally friendly, forced-air refrigeration system designed to provide uniform temperatures inside the cabinet doors as well as food pans above. The exterior of the structure is of stainless steel front, top and ends while the backing is composed of a matching aluminum covering. In addition to the smooth, satin stainless steel exterior are two positive seal, self closing doors with 12" recessed handles permanently adhered. While made removable for easy cleaning, the sandwich salad unit includes a highly sturdy, stainless steel, foam insulated lid and hood to keep pans colder and lock in freshness. Below the pan storage area is a white laminated vinyl lined interior with four adjustable PVC coated wire shelves to fit your changing needs. Further behind the exterior of its cabinet is a condensing unit made fully accessible for maintenance. Added for your convenience and sanitary concerns is a full length, high density removable cutting board providing a tough preparation surface.

The factory engineered, self-contained, capillary tube system uses environmentally friendly CFC free refrigeration. This oversized refrigeration system uses guided airflow to provide uniform temperatures in food pans and the cabinet interior. The evaporator fan motor and large fan blades that give True units a more efficient airflow. The condensing unit can be accessed through the back of the cabinet, which slides out for easy maintenance.

This commercial food prep table is constructed with a stainless steel front, top, and cabinet ends. The back of the unit is constructed of matching aluminum. The cabinet is insulated with high-density, CFC free, polyurethane insulation, which helps to maintain those cold product temperatures. The doors of the unit are constructed of stainless steel with a white aluminum liner to match the rest of the interior. The doors are self-closing with magnetic door gaskets to ensure a positive seal each time they are closed.
