The stainless steel, patented foam insulated lid and hood keeps pan temperatures colder, locks in product freshness and reduces condensation so no more soggy ingredients! The 8 7/8 inch deep, full length removable cutting board is included, and is sanitary, high density, white polyethylene that provides the toughest preparation surface. The cabinet is also constructed using a foamed in place, high density, polyurethane insulation. The shelves are heavy duty PVC coated wire that provides you with durable, easy to clean storage.
