The exterior of the structure is of stainless steel front, top and ends while the backing is composed of a matching aluminum covering. In addition to the smooth, satin stainless steel exterior are two positive seal, self closing doors with 12" recessed handles permanently adhered. While made removable for easy cleaning, the sandwich salad unit includes a highly sturdy, stainless steel, foam insulated lid and hood to keep pans colder and lock in freshness. Below the pan storage area is a white laminated vinyl lined interior with four adjustable PVC coated wire shelves to fit your changing needs. Further behind the exterior of its cabinet is a condensing unit made fully accessible for maintenance.
