A True ADA compliant sandwich prep table will help to organize your salad or sandwich making ingredients for faster preparation. This fine True ADA compliant salad prep table has an oversized refrigeration system that helps to keep your unit refrigerated between 33 to 41 degrees F.

True ADA compliant salad prep tables are well insulated with high density polyurethane foam. This foam hardens to increase the strength of the unit and is CFC free.
