Bring fine quality construction and efficiency to your prep area with a True ADA compliant sandwich unit. True ADA compliant sandwich units come standard with twelve polycarbonate food pans for the refrigerated countertop prep area. Each one of the drawers found on True ADA compliant sandwich units can hold a full size food pan for additional sandwich or salad ingredients.

True ADA compliant sandwich units keep consistent product temperatures between 33 to 41 degrees F. The larger fan blades on the extra durable evaporator fan create a more efficient, high volume airflow inside of the unit. Since True ADA compliant sandwich units are insulated with high density foam you can be sure that they're energy efficient as well!
